2. Birthday Party, Event or Special occasion
If you are looking to have our team come to your kids birthday party or event. Our package includes 2 people assisting at the event, and decorating our flip flop making area. The accessories will be laid out on a table, and the kids will be able to select their favourites to embellish their own pair and we will come around to assist in making them. Once they are all assembled, the kids can take their pair they designed home with them, which can also serve as a great return gift. This is only available in Hong Kong.

3. What size am I?
Our flip flops are in Brazilian sizing. View our sizing information which also includes the Europe & US size as well as centimetres.
4.How can I clean my flip flops?
Lavulous flip flops are made from natural rubber therefore it is important to clean them with a mild detergent and water. Use a soft sponge (non abrasive) to clean them and then rinse them. Do not put them into a washing machine, this can damage the product.
5. I would like to buy additional straps and accessories, is this possible?
Sorry, but we don’t sell straps and accessories separately.

7. Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is a secure shopping environment where information is safeguarded if you are a registered user. For non-registered users, your information is not held beyond the shipping of the order.

Our team will get in touch with you and a refund will be processed ASAP. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks from when the refund request was created for the amount to reflect in your account.

No, the will not hurt your feet. The accessories are attached to the flip flops professionally and have undergone testing to ensure this does not happen.
